What's New: Check out our new Material Reclamation Center at the Watauga County landfill. _______________________________________________ Mission: The Habitat ReStore is an innovative response to the problem of construction waste piling up in land-fills. It is costly as well as environmentally unacceptable to landfill such waste. Contractors, Engineers, Architects, Remodelers and Do-It-Yourselfers are encouraged to contact the Habitat ReStore at 828-268-9696 to find out if we have usable materials for your upcoming projects. Donations: We accept new and used building-related materials from contractors, suppliers, individuals, remodlers, and property managers. These materials are refurbished and offered to the general public to purchase at reduced prices. This helps keep reusable materials out of the waste stream and provides a revenue stream for building energy efficient homes for low-income families in need. Thank you for your support and remember that all donations are tax-deductible! Volunteering: The Habitat ReStore couldn't exist without the help of volunteers.
